Lawrence Hawkins

Managing Director
CEO / President / PHD / MBA / Efficiency Expert / Financial Specialist

Larry started his career as an efficiency expert for a fortune 1000 retail company and later managed the southeast region for a mid sized mall retailer. Over the last 12 years Larry has developed over $300M in Real Estate, managed Telecommunications companies, Finance companies, and various other enterprises. Larry is a strategic, results oriented executive with 12 years of C-level experience in diversified industries and a track record of creating increased profitability, reducing costs while delivering significant growth for small and large companies facing difficult economic, competitive, and financial challenges. Highly skilled in financial and budgetary management, people development, strategic planning and implementation, sales, marketing, and cost controls. Larry has an MBA in business management with a concentration in finance from the University of Florida and a business management undergraduate degree. He is also currently completing his PHD in Organizational Behavior/Leadership from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Ronen Gershon

For over 26 years, Ronen successfully developed, managed, and invested in projects around the world. His success is greatly due to his motivation to leave a memorable impression for generations to come on anything he gets involved with. His portfolio of work includes building and developing a 35,000 SF shopping center with 860 shops in Cyprus, as well as building over 4,000 single family homes in the US. His goal is to make dreams a reality and he believes in doing whatever it takes to make that dream come true. Mort Fishman

Director of Finance
CEO / President / CPA / CFO / Financial Specialist

Mort has practiced public accounting for 13 years until 1986 when he purchased his first company in a leveraged buy-out taking the company public shortly thereafter on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The company grew to $50 million in annual sales. From 1989 to early 2000, Mort owned, operated, bought and sold 12 successful businesses including telecom, specialty marketing, plastic molding, manufacturing, staffing, and wholesale cleaners. Mort is a member of the advisory board of a regional bank and is also the past president of the Executive Association of the Palm Beaches.

Zulma Cantero Hawkins

Director of Business Development

Zulma possesses extensive experience in Business to Customer and Business to Business sales including retail banking and management. She has a degree in Speech Language Pathology from Fundacion Universitaria Manuela Beltran and is series 6 licensed. She also holds Retail Banking experience at JP Morgan Chase (second largest Financial Institution in USA) with responsibility for growing business and consumer portfolios, sales investments, and customer service. Prior to Chase, Zulma worked in operations, lending and merchandise in banking and retail industry, including Fairwinds Credit Union and (largest Credit Union in Central Florida) and Macys department Stores.

John Leatherman

Executive Development and Organizational Training Consulting

John Leatherman began his career in the oil industry where he managed finance and credit for 500 franchises with annual revenues exceeding $450M. John brings 20 years leadership and operations experience from diverse industries, including banking, healthcare, and management consulting. He has hands-on experience creating and implementing strategic initiatives, building high-impact, cohesive teams, and developing human capital throughout every level of the organization. John uses his diverse and compelling skillset to maximize the performance of leaders, teams, and organizations. As a psychologist and a consultant, he understands people and helps each client realize their unique potential. As a seasoned leader, he has the real-world experience and know-how to harness the energy of the individual and the team to drive organizational outcomes.

He is also a faculty member at three colleges in New York and teaches at the undergraduate and graduate levels. John enjoys living in Manhattan and is also an accomplished classical pianist.

Jeannie Zbarsky

Clinical Director

Jeannie Zbarsky holds a Bachelor degree in Public Administration and a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling. Additionally, Jeannie is a Certified Addiction Professional and she maintains an International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium credential. Jeannie has worked in the field of mental health for more than seven years. Prior to focusing on the specialty of addiction, she enjoyed providing therapy and education for children with developmental disabilities. She has facilitated multiple training programs and seminars in the fields of addiction and co-occurring disorders. Jeannie’s experience comprises all levels of care, at multiple treatment facilities. Jeannie’s therapeutic style is based on a combination of Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Family Systems. Jeannie is certified in Post Induction Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. She has personal experience with addiction recovery.

Amanda Doyle

National Relationship Manager

Amanda Doyle joins the growing Q Health team as the National Relationship Manager bringing with her years of experience in the field. Amanda has worked with adults, adolescents, substance abuse clients and mental health clients for several years in many capacities. Her former positions at Evolve Mental Health and Outreach Director of Fort Lauderdale-based Evolutions Treatment Center coupled with her education in alternative medicine provide diverse expertise pertinent to the field of behavioral therapy. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Alternative and Complementary Medicine and Medical Systems from Everglades University.

Brett Loebel

Director of Web Marketing

Brett Loebel joins Q Health as Director of Web Marketing. Brett is passionate about the Q Health program and enjoys the thrill of the ever-changing digital marketplace. Brett comes to Q Health with more than 15 years digital marketing experience with a specialization of search engine marketing and optimization. His past experiences include consulting for substance treatment centers, social services organizations, real estate firms, mortgage companies, law firms, retail shops, and educational institutions. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor degree in Finance, Brett worked for Chase Manhattan Mortgage Company where he headed a team of developers tasked with creating an online database for all CMMC divisions. Brett also worked for Smith Gardner, a software development company, where he developed his extensive web marketing skills. After a few years, Brett left Smith Gardner to begin his own web marketing company leading a team of 14 digital marketing specialists and web developers.
